ABOUT OUR VENUES

We are excited to have three Brookline-based venues hosting our 2018-2019 season.

Church Of Our Saviour, located at 25 Monmouth Street, will be the rehearsal home to our Traveling Geese Touring Company and Barncats Ensemble.

Temple Sinai, located at 50 Sewall Ave, will be the rehearsal home to our Field Mice Players and Duck Soup Troupe, as well as our Sprouts Storybook Theater classes.

United Parish, located at 210 Harvard Street, will be our new main-stage performance venue and rehearsal home to our Rafters Company.


ABOUT OUR SHOW SELECTION

We are still finalizing our show selection for our 2018-2019 season. Please know that we put a great deal of thought into selecting a season for each program that is stylistically diverse, and appropriately challenging and exciting for the actors and directing team. Once our season has been finalized our selections will be emailed to our community and posted on our website.


PRE-REGISTRATION TIPS

We are anticipating high demand for our Fall programs, with many of our programs filling very shortly after registration opens. To ensure the smoothest registration process, please log-in to your FamilyID account and make sure that all your information and payment details are up-to-date.

If you are new to Artbarn you can create an account with FamilyID in advance. The process is a little time consuming and does involve an email validation, but having an existing account on registration day will make your registration experience much quicker and smoother.


ATTENDANCE POLICY

Please review the rehearsal and performance schedule carefully before registering and committing to a program.

Attendance at all rehearsals and performances is mandatory. With only one rehearsal each week it is essential to the cast’s progress that all actors be in attendance for the entirety of each rehearsal. Absences impact the entire cast, not just the missing actor, and make it difficult to ensure that every actor is prepared for performances.

Any conflicts with the rehearsal schedule should be discussed with the Director before the start of rehearsals.


REFUND POLICY

Withdrawals up until 2 weeks prior to the program start date will be refunded 50% of tuition payment. Inside 2 weeks of the program start date, tuition payments are non-refundable.
